DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE Complaint

Service staffs are playing me - Inspiron 13 7000
I purchased Inspiron 13 7000 as my third dell, and it was almost tenth dell bought by my family. I expected it would be as good as before, but it was not at all at least in terms of customer services. I will never buy Dell again in my life. ; sorry, since I could not even boot up my order, I have no idea how good it is. When I got my order, the laptop did not work properly, and so requested replacement, and waited for two weeks. I could not wait more cuz I really needed a laptop. So I requested return and refund, and Just next day, they emailed me that they just got the replacement laptop and would ship it in a day. You know what happened? As soon as I cancelled the refund request, they sent me an email again saying "there is no estimated delivery date yet!". I cannot believe staffs in such a global company as Dell play their customer. Forget Dell, everybody. Dell is gone. I cannot believe this just happened in UK, one of the most developed countries in the world!
