I had to call back several times and wait on hold for at least a 1/2 hour to cancel my order. I was told originally that I couldn't cancel my order, then that they would put in an expedite request for me and if that didn't get "approved" then I could cancel (which doesn't make sense - why could I cancel then but not now?). I wasn't getting anywhere with that person, so I finished the call and called back to get someone else. That person said they would cancel my order (thank gosh!). But then the next morning I received an email that my order had shipped. I called again and was told that I had to receive it and then return it. This was such a waste of my time - why couldn't I just cancel my order?!
