  • 2 year extended warranty

    I purchased a Dell product (90w A/C adapter) for my laptop with a 2 year extended warranty which was purchased in good faith. In the hope that if anything went wrong with this product it would be replaced. Well the adapter isn't working (not charging my laptop). The people being utilized to handle the warranty's on your behalf are a bunch of a**les.   • Alienware is not fixed for 1 year

    We purchased out Alienware computer from Netherlands and a few months later we moved to Turkey. We had a simple blu-ray issue and called customer service. They sent someone to our house, he replaced the part, however when he assembled our computer did not start. Since that date (1 year) it is broken. As we were watching the technician we did warn Dell customer service multiple times that he does not know what he was doing but it was not taken serious.   • Did not got my refund amount till now

    Hi There, I purchased a Dell laptop from Dell Exclusive Store. 51C Velachery Main Road,Vijayanagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600042, Near KFC. During that process I swiped my credit card for the 13,372 rupees. But the the person who swiped the card told me that the amount is not settled. For that reason I paid by cash.     I had someone still my credit card information and make a large purchase. I contacted them within hours of noticing the purchase on my account, and was hung up on several times transferred over 15 times, with now resolve to my issue. I am going on to day three now, and have been transferred three times, then told I need to email the fraud team, I can not call them directly, then transferred again, and was told by this team I had to call a different number, and they couldn't transfer me to that number and I have been on hold with that number for 79 minutes as of right now.     I ordered the Dell Venue Pro on 8/8/11. On 8/10/11 I received a call from Joann at Dell asking me to call her back regarding some options that she needed to clarify on my phone. That evening, the phone arrived and I called the # Joann left. I told the thick-accented Indian CSR that received a message to call in, but of course she had no notes regarding why.     I purchased a Dell Inspiron 1525 for my daughter in Aug 2008 it worked for 2 1/2 months. I then called Dell and they tried to trouble shoot and what seemed liked it would work only got worse. 2 days later I called Dell again and informed that I am now having the same issues but only worse.   • Invalidated coupon

    After using a $100 coupon on a purchase of a Panasonic digital camera, the order was cancelled by Dell because Panasonic no longer had that model. I called customer service to verify the cancellation and was told that the order was cancelled due to the above reason. I requested my coupon to be reinstated so I could purchase something else. I was told that the coupon was a one time use only, and customer service could not reinstate it. How can this be, Dell cancels my order and then cancels my coupon.
