Dell Gift Card - Dell Gift Card

Ordered $100.00 Dell gift card online with order number 799617317. Paid with promo gift card. 3 weeks later called to find out when I would receive and was told I would not because I cannot purchase a gift card with a promo gift card!!! No one told me and the order was placed online! Now cannot refund my money as promo gift card expired and will not issue me a new one! Left me holding on line for half hour.. never came back to me! Horrible! Took my money and ran!
