Dell - Dell Studio Laptop and Customer Service


DO NOT BUY A DELL PRODUCT, complete joke and waste of a company. When you have to send a laptop in FIVE TIMES, in less than a year, clearly there are issues. Every time it was "fixed" it came back broken in a new way. No exaggeration. This last time my backlight keyboard no longer lights up, an upgrade I was charged for. I'm also in grad school studying to be a Doctor, and can not afford to send my computer in every other week, and Dell has no regard what so ever. Again THINK TWICE before buying from Dell.
